1968 UH-1E 6016 US 151281 : VMO-6 /WB-9, I was the crew chief, we went back to Lang Vey to get a SOG member left at the camp. We went alone and upon arriving at the camp we came under fire. The pilot, co-pilot and myself were wounded. We limped back to Khe Sahn. WB9 was lifted out but was jettisoned from ch-53 on way back to Quang Tri.
