1985-1986, I worked as an engineer with this heli. Subcontracted to the Aga Khan Rural Support Group in Islamabad, Pakistan to provide assistance to the rural development of the northern areas. The aircraft capsized during a precautionary landing in a heavy snow storm between Gilgit and Chitral, the rotor system was destroyed. There were no injuries. The heli was later partially dismantled and lifted by PAF Puma Heli to Gilgit whereupon it was taken to Islamabad by a Hercules
