Hkp4B #04062 crashed 1968, so Boeing Vertol modified BV-107/II-2 prototype, c/n 10, N6679D into BV-107/II-15, and del to Swedish Marinen as #04064.  Model BV-107/II-15 basic ASW, SAR, and minelaying version for Swedish Navy, 3 built, one modified from BV-107/II-2.
