14 AS350BA Squirrels formally transferred in from the RAAF in Oct 2000. Used by the RAN since Jun 1984 initially with ships flights, later for training, range control support and utility flying. By their 20th anniversary in service, they had achieved 42,500 flying hours with the RAN.  |
