History of this Model in this Organisation:

Twin engine naval variant of the Aerospatiale Squirrel with Bendix RDR 1500 surveillance radar. Replaced the Westland Lynx Mk.23 as a ship-based helicopter for the Meko 360 class destroyers and Meko 140 batch 2 class corvettes. Between May/December 2003 participated in Solid Step 03 with USS Enterprise battle group on Mediterrean Sea aboard ARA Sarandi (D13)
