British International Helicopters S-61 H-3

Operates the longest running scheduled helicopter service in the world from Penzance Heliport (EGHK) to the Isles of Scilly - St. Marys (EGHE) and Tresco (EGHT). Also operates in the North Sea.
As of 2015, three helicopters ( G-ATBJ, G-ATFM and G-BFRI ) are still in use for cargo and different support roles ( Falklands/Malvinas, FOST, etc ) but without licence to carry passengers.
In 2022 while still operating 3 S-61 ( G-ATFM, G-BFRI, G-FLKI ) in UK MoD support, BIH was acquired by Bristow.




As of November 2012, British International Helicopters ceased all helicopter flights to the Isles of Scilly. The company went into liquidation.
