Paradigm Aerospace Corporation, March 01, 2016 - Louisville, KY – PAC International (Paradigm Aerospace Corporation) recently completed avionics upgrades on an early model Bell 429, owned and operated by The United Company in Bristol, VA.
The upgrade included removal of the original dual Garmin GNS 430 COMM/NAV/GPS equipment and installation of Garmin GTN 750/650 systems.
“These systems were integrated into the original factory flight displays and auto pilot system, providing a similar final package to that of the new Bell 429’s currently being delivered,” said Marty Blough, Manager of Completions and Projects for PAC. “Additional equipment upgrades included a Garmin GDL 69AH XM weather receiver and XM audio, Bose headset provisions, and a USB power port in the avionics console.”
