LAPD Pilots Trained by EuroSafety International
EuroSafety International, July 31, 2015 - Los Angeles, CA - Earlier this month, EuroSafety International conducted it's highly-recognized Recurrent Airframe Training program with the top pilots of the Los Angeles Police Department.

The Los Angeles Police Department's Air Support Division is one of the finest and longest-running rotorcraft-based law enforcement agencies in the world.

They are complex unit of over 20 aircraft, 80 personnel and have been in continual operation since 1956. They have an exemplary track record and intensive internal training program, conducting hundreds of check rides for their pilots each year.

EuroSafety International, a long-term member of the Airborne Law Enforcement Association (ALEA), has been providing Initial, Recurrent and Differences training to 1,000's of pilots in over two dozen countries around the world. While initially focused on Airbus Helicopters, they now provide training options for AgustaWestland, Sikorsky and Bell rotorcraft as well. EuroSafety's training combines a high-tech ground school specific to the needs of the customer and their flight training includes full-down autorotoations, hydraulic and tailrotor failures. Their pilots are among the best in the world.

"Having been selected to train the LAPD and their top-notch pilots was amazing. We work with a number of Public Safety agencies around the world, but it was a proud moment for us to have this particular honor," says Jeffrey White, CEO of EuroSafety International.

"When you're providing training to some of the best pilots in the world, there's no room for ambiguity. Our customers switch to us and come back year after year because we conduct comprehensive training that significantly improves operational safety and pilot proficiency. We build a relationship with the customer and provide guidance throughout the year and continually updated training that is specific for each customer."

White adds: "The majority of training occurs at our client's location and using their aircraft. This gives them an absolutely-customized experience and generates muscle-memory in the very aircraft the pilots fly with travel time required. With our new training center option in Los Angeles, CA, we can also provide both ground and flight training to those smaller agencies where taking the aircraft offline is simply not feasible or where weather is too great a risk for the training requirements."
