Marina Italiana, January 11, 2016 - The Italian Navy frigate Carabiniere, taking part of counter-piracy operation Atalanta in the Indian Ocean, operated with the helicopter SH-60B of the Spanish frigate SPS Victoria on January 7
It is the first time that a helicopter of this type performs flying activity from a FREMM unit of the Italian Navy.
The occasion, dictated by logistical needs of Operation Atalanta Task Force 465, which sees the two frigates work together for several months, has served to improve the training of the crew .
