International mine countermeasure, anti-piracy and anti-smuggling exercise in Gulf of Oman, Arabian Sea and Red Sea. HMS Bulwark diverted from her Cougar 14 deployment to lead the multi-national IMCMEX 2014 exercise, involving ships from 40 nations.

In addition to MCM operations, harbour installation protection, hydrocarbon rig security, commercial shipping escort and anti-piracy and anti-smuggling operations are all rehearsed and exercised, approximately every 18 months.
