In July 2020 was announced that the Spirit 2 Helicopter based at Howard Young Medical Center (60WI) will be discontinue by the end of the year. The service would be resumed by Aspirus later. Also ending is an operation agreement at the end of August for Spirit 3, a fixed-wing aircraft based at Lakeland Airport in Arbor Vitae

AAMS Community Awards 2018
03-Dec-18 - Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) announced its 2018 awards. Carilion Clinic Life-Guard received the Program of the Year Award particularly for their work with the Haiti Air Ambulance. Other services honored were Mercy Flight WNY, Maryland State Police, PHI Air Medical, Life Lion, Ascension Wisconsin, Boston MedFlight and Utah Airmed #AAMS2018
