Established June 1, 1970, Emerald Knights have been stationed at NAS Lakehurst, NAS Willow Grove and NAS Jacksonville. The squadron has flown the SH-3D, SH-3G, SH-3H, UH-3H, SH-60F and HH-60H helicopters. At the time of closure had six SH-60F Seahawks. Disestablished March 1st, 2007
1966-1971, I was in NARTU Lakehurst, NARMU751. We support HS75 flying the SH 3A while I was there. We also had an S2 squadron, VS75? I cannot verify this squadron designation. Was anyone else there during this time to verify the VS squadron?

1978-1979, NARDET Lakehurst ... moved to NASWILGRO and served in HS-75 til July 85...SH-3D Aircraft. Helicopter Tactical ASW 1st Crewman, Plane Captain, NATOPS -
1979, the squadron moved from Lakehurst to Willow Grove that summer. When graduating a school I had put in for hs75 @ Lakehurst but when my orders came in it was for Willow Grove. I reported there in Aug of 79.
1980-1984, I was at NAS Willow Grove with HS-75 Flying SH-3D ... Great Command!!
1983-1985, I was with 75, then transitioned and a Plankowner in HSL-94...great cammand!
1985-1989, This was my first squadron, when they moved to Jacksonville. I was there on ground when they moved the first cruse box on deck.nyou can say i was the first member of HS-75 in Jacksonville.
1988, I transferred to the squadron from NARU Norfolk, VA. I retired from them in 1993
1989-1994, My father retired in 1994 from HS-75 Stephen Wade Roszel served this squadron from late 80's early 90's to 94
1995, HS-75 had moved to NAS Jacksonville by the time I joined the command in mid 1995
