459th Airlift Squadron
459 Squadron was a training bomber unit during World War II. Reactivated in the 1960s and assigned to the transport role mainly in aeromedical and VIP missions.

Since 1993 is stationed in Japan flying Twin Hueys helicopters and Beechcraft C-12 Huron fixed wing aircraft.
