Yes they do, spare parts for both civilian and military aircraft must be certified by the Federal Aviation Administration
There is a tag that must be attached to the part and the maintenance log books must reflect the certification.
The parts are tracked, and that is often one of the first records checked whenever a plane crashes, especially if the cause of the crash is due to a suspected broken part.
