2018	tth	1332	1332 : w/o 17oct18 asg 1er RHC crashed landing aboard Dixmude assault carrier, 130 km off Dunkirk ; to be repaired ?
2020	nfh	1324	N-324 : w/o crashed into sea 12 km off Aruba . 2 of 4 fatalities. Was assigned to Zr. Ms. Groningen (P843) for coastguard patrol mission in the Caribbean Sea;; Pilot Christine Martens (34) and tactical coordinator Erwin Warnies (33) both 2nd lieutenants died in the accident. The bodies were recovered and will be transported on KDC-10 to Eindhoven air base in the Netherlands;; During the night two of the four floating devices burst due to the high winds and waves and the helicopter sank to a depth of more than 1km west of Aruba
2023	mrh90		A40-040 : w/o 28jul23 after crashing into water in the Whitsundays in Queensland during a nocturnal training mission. All four crew members onboard are believed to have died on impact.
