1983	CH-46A	2127	152508 : II was a crew member on this flight and it was US Navy not Marine Cops. There were 4 crew members and I think seven passengers of which there was one fatality. We were making a single engine approach to the flight deck of the USS Santa Barbara (AE-28) when the second engine failed just before landing.
1983	CH-46F	2493	156423 : I was crew chief on this helicopter during the accident, the winds also had a role in the accident as well
1983	CH-46F	2518	156448 : Had 1 boot on loading ramp and took a picture of the guys after helping load equipment onboard. My Gunny put his hand on my shoulder and pulled me from the flight at the last minute. I was already on the flight roster and seem to recall my name as amongst the deceased at the funeral service.
1983	CH-46F	2610	157711 : Side Number was 00 at time of loss. I crewed her before that in 81/82
