Westland Wessex Mk.31A, c/n WA226, f/f:16/08/63 del RAN as N7-226, 836, 09May63 With 817 Sqdn, August 1975, with S/LEUT Condon & Smith and S/LEUT Bartles, RAN. Precautionary emergency landing on Durras Beach. Loose alternator, aircraft repaired and flown back to Nowra. Withdrawn, 31/12/89. Now part of the RAN Historic Flight.
