2015-08-05 | B KNKT | I crewed this birds last flight as a section to Cherry point, 4 days after I did the Ch-46 retirement flight with 153369 where is would end up being sold via GSA. Unknown buyer as of 24may17. This bird was the bird that escorted 153369 to the retirement flight. It was 1 of the 2 remaining grey Ch-46E remaining in the Corps. It was the actual last flight of the CH-46E prior to SAR flying their "Last Flight" of the HH-46s. | |
