USAF 20th Helicopter Squadron, later the 20th Special Operations Squadron (20th SOS) in Southeast Asia in the late 1960s
Later it was at Luke AFB, AZ sometime before Oct 1977 until 1980 when it was flown to Hurlburt Field for display in the airpark. Initially, it was displayed on a pedestal but was removed sometime after 1995 and displayed in its current place near the Hurlburt Chapel
