1966-apr69 I was the helicopter dispatcher for this chopper at 809th Combat support group SAC, Francis E Warren AFB, Cheyanne, Wyoming
1971-72 I flew this as the unit Chief Maint Test Pilot, did many FCFs on it. (Mike Randolph)
I was the Jet NCOIC on the day of the final flight. I missed the FCF by 15 min. The airframe was destroyed by fire. Pilot survived. Engine removed and tested. Passed all tests. Pilot flew again.
