| 1969-04 | Gyrodyne QH-50E Gyrodyne QH-50D c/n DS-1717, ff Apr69 accepted by USN as QH-50D 001717 Apr69 returned to Gyrodyne under a bailment agreement, Aug69. conv YQH-50E unk delivered NATC-Patuxent River, MD for stability and control tests engine problems caused 001717 to be grounded while performing ground vibration tests. The program was cancelled before 001717 could be returned to service. It is presently stored in a U.S. Army Warehouse at White Sands Missile Range, NM awaiting disposition.  | ||
