2003-03-01 | A KHMT | Helicopter cabin set up for firefighter training at CAL FIRE Hemet-Ryan Air Attack Base ( TO BE CONFIRMED ) CAL FIRE | |

The heli on a pole at Hemet-Ryan is NOT a UH-1F, so it cannot be this airframe. It is a long cabin, presumably an UH-1H. It is not c/n 12375 either because that one is still operational as of June 2018 We only know that in 2003 it still carried "Vina Helitack" titles, and tanker number 205 (as does N490DF today). So it must be an UH-1H that operated as "Copter 205" for the Vina Helitack BEFORE N490DF did. Before 2003. Which heli qualifies...? |
