AMGH to Acquire AMRG

Air Medical Group Holdings (AMGH) which operates from 270 locations has agreed to acquire Air Medical Resource Group (AMRG) adding 62 bases of operations.

AMGH, April 18, 2017 - LEWISVILLE, Texas - Air Medical Group Holdings, Inc. (AMGH), a leading medical transport and emergency medical service provider, has agreed to acquire Air Medical Resource Group (AMRG) of South Jordan, Utah. AMRG has operations in 15 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Lewisville-based AMGH already has hundreds of critical care aircraft in operation. With the acquisition of AMRG it will add 62 bases and new geographies to its customer service footprint.
