Donation to Lebanon
Helis.com, The helicopters are part of an arms package donation first announced by the US Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) office at the US embassy in Lebanon in 2017.
This year the Lebanese Air Force successfully completed their training at MD Helicopters, Inc. (MDHI) Flight Training Academy in Mesa, Arizona.
Six MD530F helicopters arrived to Beirut Airport on October 5 aboard National Air Cargo Boeing 747-400F cargo plane N702CA from Huntsville, Alabama, making stop in Frankfurt, Germany.
