Collins to Supply Five Components for U.S. Army MV-75 FLRAA

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX Corp, has been selected to supply five system components for the US Army’s Bell MV-75 Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program.

The Bell MV-75, winner of the FLRAA competition, is progressing through an accelerated development phase, with first flight of a full prototype expected later this year. The program, led by the United States Army, reached Milestone B in August 2024 and is targeting low-rate initial production by fiscal year 2028. Currently, the design is nearly 90% complete, and physical manufacturing of parts is underway, while Army aviators from the 101st Airborne Division—the first unit scheduled to receive the aircraft—are already utilizing "virtual prototypes" and simulators to refine doctrine and training.
