Hayward and Green, January 12, 2021 - Hayward & Green is delighted to announce a new partnership with Bristow Group Inc. (NYSE: VTOL), the world’s leading provider of helicopter transportation services.
As Bristow’s partner across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, H&G’s aim is to make Bristow’s parts inventory work harder. We have a substantial package of rotable components supporting the AW139 and S-92 platforms held on consignment from Bristow.
This will offer tremendous value to anyone operating or maintaining the popular Leonardo and Sikorsky aircraft.
As part of the partnership, H&G has signed up to Bristow’s Code of Business Integrity, and naturally all aircraft parts are subject to our rigorous quality assurance standards. Clive Lusted, H&G’s dedicated Bristow Programme Manager, is ready to respond to MROs and operators with your individual enquiries.
Jeremy Green, H&G CEO, said: “I’m so pleased to be rekindling the relationship between Hayward & Green and Bristow. Bristow are one of our longest standing helicopter industry customers, a relationship which dates back to the 1970s. We’re proud to be embarking on a mutually beneficial project which uses our excellent sales reach, expertise in rotable components and unbeatable customer service, to bring Bristow ’s considerable Leonardo and Sikorsky inventory to the widest possible market.”
“This collaboration will enable us to further optimise our legacy inventory as our global fleet of aircraft evolves,” said Paul Docker, Bristow’s Director Global Supply Chain. “At the same time, H&G will provide Bristow with valuable new component sourcing opportunities as we further improve our aircraft maintenance efficiencies.”
