Heli Aviation, March 03, 2016 - Aberdeen, United Kingdom - Heli-One, the world’s largest independent provider of helicopter maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, has completed the Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) Special Service Instruction on a S-92A for a third party customer operating in the North Sea.
The Program was delivered at the customer’s Aberdeen Base Maintenance Facility in the UK.
To maximize the availability of their S-92A, the operator turned to its long-term partner, Heli-One, to provide a proven structural SLEP. The experienced team of technicians completed the SLEP in 12 days, allowing the S-92A to return to service quickly.
