Airbus Helicopters, April 27, 2018 - NASHVILLE, TN - During the 2018 Army Aviation Missions Solutions Summit at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn., Airbus Helicopters Inc. announced a new corporate sponsorship with Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) and unveiled their H145 demo aircraft with the WWP logo proudly displayed on it.

WWP has been able to help over 130,000 warriors, family members, and caregivers, and Airbus Helicopters Inc. wants to help expand WWP’s reach and amplify their core message by using one of their most popular demo aircraft to promote the organization.

The multi-mission H145 demo aircraft, now with WWP’s logo affixed to it, will be seen all across the United States by thousands who attend shows where Airbus exhibits and all potential H145 customers who will fly it. The multi-mission H145 helicopter is used for law enforcement, emergency medical transportation, utility, and VIP transport missions across the country. Based on the UH-72A Lakota that is used by the U.S. Army, the enhanced H145 has the latest Helionix® glass cockpit and Fenestron® tail rotor system for improved torque, performance, and safety.
