As of April 2026, the AIR ONE is transitioning from intensive flight testing to its final production phase, with the company’s manufacturing facility in Israel now active and capable of producing 60 units annually. Having successfully secured an FAA experimental airworthiness certificate and conducted numerous full-transition flight tests at their Florida hub, AIR VEV is currently working toward final FAA certification under the MOSAIC framework for Light Sport Aircraft. The project maintains a massive commercial momentum with over $1 billion in total orders and a backlog of more than 3,300 units, with the first consumer deliveries of the piloted two-seat aircraft officially scheduled to begin by the end of 2026.
