1985-1987, I was in the 48th ARRS at Homestead AFB. Then it was disbanded to Hurlburt Field. Due to cut backs. Then I was sent to 31st EMS
Vice President's Drug Interdiction Task Force. OPBAT. Handed over the mission to the Coast Guard due to cost. We deployed to the Bahamas for thirty to 60 days at a time.
