The Seibu Homen Herikoputatai has a HQ flight (Honbu Zukitai) of OH-6D and 2 utility squadrons; 1 Hikotai and 2 Hikotai flying the UH-1J & UH-60JA. Both units are based at Metabaru (RJDM) and use the code WH. The Seibu Homen Herikoputatai also has a third utility squadron, 3 Hikotai, flying the UH-1J/OH-6D based at Takayubaru (RJFT) and coded WH.
