Coast Guard Air Station Los Angeles

Operating from LAX International Airport they began as a CGAS San Diego detachment on August 1962 with one HO4S and was officially established on November of that year receiving a second helicopter. On May 1963 they transitioned to three HH-52A until November 1987 when they get their HH-65A. In 2002 they were upgraded to the HH-65C variant

Expected to relocate to Naval Air Station Point Mugu when the existing lease ends in 2016
