    Vanguard, tail code BJ is an Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM) squadron based at Norfolk, Virginia.

    Detachment 1, Manama, Bahrein (1999-2003)
    Detachment 2, Iwakuni, Japan / Pohang, Korea (2007-)


    HM-14 will officially be disbanded in July 2023


    At first we were all in HM-12. Largest squadron in the Navy. 21 RH-53Ds. In 1978 they split us all up. Im a plank owner in HM-14. HM-12 was turned into a training squadron
