Established 1986, Critical Care transport for the Health Milton S Hershey Medical Center, Children's Hospital, Cancer Institute and Medical Group. Life Lion serves south-central Pennsylvania, while also transporting patients to hospitals in other states, including New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia and Ohio.
03-Dec-18 - Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) announced its 2018 awards. Carilion Clinic Life-Guard received the Program of the Year Award particularly for their work with the Haiti Air Ambulance. Other services honored were Mercy Flight WNY, Maryland State Police, PHI Air Medical, Life Lion, Ascension Wisconsin, Boston MedFlight and Utah Airmed #AAMS2018
