Founded 1981 as Consolidated Heliflight to provide MRO services to P&WC PT6 engines. In 1998 acquired by Canadian group Northstar Aerospace and in 2009 its turbines division rebranded as Mint Turbines LLC as a newly Certificated FAA Part 145 Repair Station adding MRO services for the Honeywell T53 engine.
Nowadays Mint Turbines is part of M International ( as KTS ) and based in Stroud, OK
