Parkview Health owns the helicopters but FAA Part-135 operation service is provided by Mercy St Vincent Medical Center, Toledo, Ohio.
Operates two AS365 Dauphin medical helicopters:
- Samaritan 1, based at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne
- Samaritan 2, based at Rochester, Indiana.
