2005-jan-22ran aground off Flying Fish Cove, Christmas Island, during conduct of a border protection patrol damaging her propellers and rudder.
2011-may-18Deployment IMDEX Asia 2011 Present for IMDEX Asia 2011 exhibition.
2016-febRefitHenderson ASMD Programme departed BAE Systems Henderson Shipyard following completion of Anti-Ship Missile Defence upgrade, which indluded new midship mast for the CEA Phased Array Radar and preparing for MRH-90 operations.
2016-marDeploymentdeparted Fleet Base West for 6 month Pacific deployment, which included participation in RIMPAC exercises. Returned 21 Sep.
2017-aprDeploymentdeparted Fleet Base West for 4 month South East Asia deployment
2018-novDeploymentdeployed to Middle East and Gulf for 9 months on Operation Manitou and returned to Fleet Base West on 14 July 2019.
