    1968-aprAircrafttransferred 829 NAS Wasp XT434 in from HMS Gurkha to replace XS540. HMS Gurkha was heading back to the UK whilst HMS Aurora was preparing for a Beira Patrol and subsequent Far East deployment, until she returned to the UK in Nov 1969
