1981-jun	Aircraft	239 Flt allocated 815 NAS Lynx XZ733 as Exeter Flt/420-EX, until c Aug 1982
1982-may-7	Deployment	Operation Corporate Departed St Johns, Antigua while West Indies Guardship for South Atlantic to replace HMS Sheffield, leaving theatre on 7 Jul 1982.
1986-apr	Deployment	Gibraltar Harbour Guardship Operation Clover sent to Gibraltar until May 1986 to support protection of territorial waters and strengthen the Gibraltar Guardship
1986-jul	Aircraft	Lynx XZ733 as 815 NAS Exeter Flt by Jul 1986 (possibly only seen at Yeovilton, having returned from conversion, still in Exeter Flt markings ?)
1991-jan-15	Deployment	Persian Gulf Armilla Patrol Departed Portland for Armilla Patrol duties with 815 NAS Lynx /420 embarked, in company with HMS Brave, HMS Brilliant and RFA Bayleaf (and joined later by HMS Manchester), to relieve HMS Gloucester, HMS Cardiff and HMS Brazen on station.

1993-may	Aircraft	allocated 815 NAS Lynx XZ690 as Exeter Flt/420-EX, until c Jan 1994
1997	Refit	for major refit, emerged Autumn 1998
1997-mar	Deployment	off Durrës Operation Helvin ordered from Gibraltar area for Albanian coast to relieve HMS Birmingham, until 8 Apr.
1999-feb	Aircraft	Lynx XZ694 as 815 NAS Exeter Flt by Feb 1999
2005-nov-21	Port Visit	Grand Harbour / il-Port il-Kbir / Valletta visit to Valletta, 815 Sq Lynx HMA.8 XZ692/363 embarked.
2006-nov-27	Deployment	departed HMNB Portsmouth, on deployment
2007	Refit	at least Sea Dart removed, during alongside works.
2008-jan-11	Port Visit	moored alongside Royal Victoria Dock in Docklands for the 10 day London Boat Show 2008
2008-may-26	Port Visit	Tower Bridge Upper visited Pool of London alongside HMS Belfast and departed 29 May. Visit also arranged for launch of James Bond novel, Devil May Care.
2008-jun-20	Port Visit	Spiller's Wharf visited Tyneside, tied up alongside Spillars Wharf, Newcastle. Departed 23 Jun 2008.
2008-jul	Struck	Fareham Creek placed in extended readiness at HMNB Portsmouth
2009-may-27	Decommissioned
2011-jun		Fareham Creek by Jun 2011 was laid up in Fareham Creek
2011-sep-22	Fate: scrapped	Aliaga Shipbreakers left Portsmouth Harbour under tow to Turkey (arrived 25 Oct), for scrapping - completed by 11 Apr 2012
