SkyHook Announces Successful Flight Trials with Royal Australian Navy

NEW YORK, USA ( Magellan Technology Press Release ) - Today Magellan Technology Inc. announced the Royal Australian Navy completed testing of the SkyHook patented Helicopter Aerial Delivery System. The system enables the helicopter to carry multiple external payloads.

The Australian Navy engineers and pilots put the SkyHook through extensive tests for quality and performance. The Australian Navy is currently producing a statement of requirements that will authorize purchase of the SkyHook. Details of the requirement statement or possible purchase amounts were not disclosed.

Blair K. Blacker, President of SkyHook Technologies, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Magellan Technology, Inc. stated, ``SkyHook Technologies continues to show that it will can pursue and obtain contracts for its products and services.'' Mr. Blacker continued, ``Our recent award of the Logistics Support Facility, with a contract ceiling of $48 million, in addition to our continued success with the Light Aerial Delivery System (LADS) system is another sign of our ability to meet or exceed qualifications for government contracts and awards.''
