New Safari website secure area

Canadian Home Rotors Inc., manufacturer of the multi-award winning Safari helicopter kit, has taken another giant step in customer service & safety.
Effective immediately, Builders & Owners of the Safari Kit Helicopter will be given access to a
new Secure area of the Safari website allowing the sharing of information, of use and importance, to Safari builders. The primary section is a Service Report area. In it will be listed any service difficulty reported to the company by current builders. The Service Report explanation, date and status will be available on-line. This will allow builders to be advised of any situation that arises, on a timely basis. It also assures the customer that CHR actively pursues viable solutions, should a service problem arise. To our knowledge, this on-line access is an industry first as no other kit manufacturer has such a service available on their website. This innovative design came as a coordinated result of builders and the factory looking for ways to improve customer service and combat a current industry backlash from companies that have not been forthcoming in sharing such challenges.
In addition, updates for Construction Prints and changes to Construction Manuals will also be kept there, so that qualified entrants will have all current information at their fingertips. As required, more sections will be added to this secure area, giving Safari builders around the globe a shared, current information database on the building, maintenance and operation of their Safari.
