20:31 Eastern/ 00:31 Zulu, Blue Hen left Felker AAF and is outbound toward Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. There is some type of exercise Patuxent River is working. Last 2 days was a Missile Ex off Eastern Shore then Virginia Beach. I hear audio from Pax River indicative of an exercise and think they are working with the group. I know Blue Hen is a government contractor
