15 Wessex Mk.60 built at Yeovil, based on the RAF HC.2 but with improved avionics and seating for 10. The twin engine and plenty of power made it ideal for offshore energy industry support over water and exploration support operations over hostile terrain or in poor weather. One conversion from an ex-Ghana Air Force Wessex Mk.53 by Bristow at Redhill. Fleet grounded in 1981. |
