- Northrop Grumman earned the top score of 100 on the 2023 Disability Equality Index (DEI) ® for its forward-thinking disability inclusion practices
- The DEI is a measurement tool to evaluate factors like community engagement, culture and leadership, enterprise-wide access and employment practices such as accommodations, advancement and retention
