Wings Air in New York Adds Cabri G2 Helicopter to Fleet
New York based helicopter flight school and charter operator Wings Air Helicopters adds a new Guimbal Cabri G2 to its fleet for flight training and aerial photography
Wings Air, September 13, 2017 - New York-based helicopter flight school and charter operator Wings Air Helicopters is delighted to announce the addition of a 2017 Guimbal Cabri G2 to its fleet for flight training and aerial photography.
Cabri G2, the first European piston helicopter manufactured by Helicopteres Guimbal, was first certified in 2007.
This unique aircraft is IFR-equipped and incorporates the latest technologies including a semi-articulated, three-bladed rotor system, fenestron tail rotor and glass cockpit (digital engine controls).
To maximize safety, the Cabri also features a shock-absorbing structure and reinforced fuel tank to protect occupants.
Wings Air is based at Westchester County Airport in White Plains, NY and is the closest flight school to New York City. In addition to the Cabri G2, the company operates two Robinson R44’s, an AStar and a Twin Star.
