Defense.gov, July 22, 2023 - The Boeing Co., Mesa, Arizona, was awarded a $393,091,720 modification (P00005) to contract W58RGZ-21-C-0015 for Apache AH-64E aircraft, supporting services, and equipment.
Work will be performed in Mesa, Arizona, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2027.
Fiscal 2023 aircraft procurement, Army funds and Foreign Military Sales (Egypt and Kuwait) funds in the amount of $393,091,720 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

In 2018 the US State Dept approved a Foreign Military Sale (FMS) of 10 AH-64E Apache to Egypt valued $ 1 Billion.
In 2020 it waws approved a $ 4 billion Foreign Military Sale (FMS) to Kuwait for 8 new AH-64E and 16 remanufactured AH-64D helicopters.
In 2022 it was announced order to upgrade 25 Egyptian AH-64D Apache helicopters to the AH-64E model version .
