Quatorze Juillet is a national celebration. This day started with the storming of the bastille prison whereby in 1789 the French revolution started. 
In the morning they started with a big military parade at the Champs-Elysees. In this parade, there is also a flying program. Started every year with the Alpha Jets of the Patrouille de France. After that all kind of fixed wings and helicopters pass the Champs-Elysees.
