Established 1981, University of Florida Health TraumaOne Flight Services works in tandem with ShandsCair, the aeromedical ambulance service at UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, with each transporting more than 1,000 patients per year. Operated by Med Trans Corp
UF Health TraumaOne began in 1983, it was the first trauma program in the state of Florida.
- TraumaOne South : Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine (St. Johns County), serves southern Northeast and parts of Central Florida
- TraumaOne North : Flying M Acres in Yulee (Nassau County), serves Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia
- TraumaOne Lake City : Lake City Gateway Airport in Lake City (Columbia County), serves northern Central Florida
