1963	UH-2A	78	149776 : w/o 17sep63, I was with HU-1/HC-1, UH-2A 149776 was lost due to power failure while being flown in the dead mans curve to avoid corrosive spray. The flotation bag failed on the starboard side from the hard landing and rolled over and sank.
