Construction of the rooftop helipad began around 2015 and it was opened by 2017. 
The new pad replaced an earlier ground level one c 0.1nm to the SW which was withdrawn from use by Aug 2018. That pad had itself replaced a ground level helipad which had been in existence (50m SW of the current, 2017 one) since at least 2004 and had ceased operations around 2013.
